• 1. Support zones
• The first AirCell layer is our special open-cell formula that provides unprecedented levels of comfort. Its 7-zone structure promotes spacing between both the back and lumbar vertebrae, reducing compression and crushing of the intervertebral discs. In fact, bringing the vertebrae too close together is the cause of most common back pain. Its conformation also serves to reduce pressure points by distributing the weight of the body over the entire surface, freeing the musculoskeletal system of the spine, from the loads it is continuously subjected to throughout the day.
• 2. Spinal decompression
• The second layer with increased density is intended to support the upper layer at support zones, limiting its torsion and amplifying the decompression effect of variable amplitude waves. 
• 3. Muscle decontraction
• The third layer of low-density composition aims to absorb body weight, reduce pressure points and relax spinal and semi-spinal muscles, easing tension and loads on the spine.
•  4. Localized Balanced Suspension System
• In the last level, there are 800 independent shock absorbers with differentiated bearing capacity, which aim to perfectly absorb the difference in weight of the various parts of the body, always keeping the spine on the correct axis of alignment.
  
  This is possible thanks to the different stiffness of the shock absorbers, which positioned along the 7 corresponding zones of the body, ensure the cancellation of localized tension loads.
